StorLife File System Gateway

The StorLife FSG allows StorLife to present any series (i.e. categories of data to which a storage and retention policy has been applied) as a volume on the StorLife server which can then be shared out using Windows permissions. This means that third party applications can create files and folders on this volume as they would with any disk volume, the key difference being that all the files stored are subjected to the storage and retention policy defined for the series.
